SharingCare Ireland is working to support the poor people to meet their health and educational needs. The support to the students of Govt. LP school Poonchola, in a remote village in India is the best example of continuing support in the educational sector. The contribution of its members is the main fund of the organisation to do its charitable work. Sharing Care has no paid employees and all its members are working as volunteers for its programs.
“Its a great satisfaction when you get a chance to work with the poor. I enjoyed it”, said Mr. Joby Jose, who has completed his term as Chairman. “It is very hard to keep the accountability and transparency in the working of an organisation, where strict rules are in present. But Sharing Care is capable to comply with that”, said the outgoing secretary, Mr. Binu Thomas.
The new chairman Fr.Paul Thettayil thanked the members, well-wishers and donors of Sharing Care for their continuing co-operation in the past and requested more support in future.
